As a potential Royal Packaging customer, and user of heat shrink labels, it would be beneficial for you to take a moment and think about the following question before you start:

- What type of container are you considering the seal of closure for? ( i.e. bottle, jar, box)

- Are you going to cover the whole bottle or jar, etc. or just the top? This will help determine if need a Cut Band, Neck Band, Full Sleeve, Printed Label, Multi-Pack or Specialty Band.

- What kind of material shrinkage? First of all it is accordingpackage product's shape, on the other hand is by beverage filling type. In generally Vertical automatic labeling machine have two different filling method. If beverage is Hot filling shrinkage will be arround %40, cold filling is around TD %50  some of the container wrap  full body use %58-63.

- How do you mesurement package product's size? What is lay flat size?

Calculating LF = Layflat = Flat Width = Diameter in centimeter x 3,14 divide by 2

Example : 100 mm = 10 cm x 3,14/2 = 15,70 cm

Calculating diameter when Circumference is known Diameter = Circumference in centimeter divided by 3.1417

- CL = cut lenght is label's high , it will determinate shrink sleve is a full body, half body or only wrap neck band. Even by manual package, shrink sleeve's height is for us to layout printed graphic dimension.

- Can you send us a sample of the product to be sealed, or two, or three?  This is the best way to insure that your product can be measured and sealed properly. We will size it for you, free of charge, seal it back within 48 hours.

- PVC filmi nasıl kullanacağız? belirlenmesi gereken diğer bir husustur. Otomatik makinelerdemi yapılacak yoksa manuel olarakmı yapılacak.

- Will you want the film to be colored or clear? Printed or non-printed, with your own verbiage or royal packaging standard stock prints? (Call Customer Service for standard stock prints and colors that royal packaging)

- Thickness of film : It is depend on package material type and product but some is per customer request.

- How about a perforation : (a perf or die cut allowing easier removal) on your product's seal? Vertical or Horizontal? Single or Double, or how about a Pull Tab?
